What is embedding?

Embedding a video, audio or image consists of creating a link with any other page where these file formats are present (Youtube, Vimeo, SoundCloud, Flickr...) so that they can be accessed via Meetinarts.

How do I embed a video, audio or image?

1. Go to the page with the video, audio or image you wish to embed and click on “Share”.

2. Click “Insert” or “Embed”.

3. Copy the code that appears in the pop-up box.

4. Go back to Meetinarts and paste the code in the bar of the file format you wish to embed and click “Embed”.

How do I export my Contacts (.cvs or .txt) from my address book? 

Outlook

1. Open Outlook
2. Select: "Import and export" in the File menu.
3. Select "Export a file" 
4. Then select "Comma separated values (Windows)" 
5. Choose the contacts folder you want to export.
6. Save the file where you want and then click on "Next".
7. When in Meetinarts, click on “Import Agenda” and then, “Upload Contacts” and select the folder saved on your computer.

Outlook Express

1. Open the Outlook Express programme
2. Select "Export" in the File menu.
3. Select "Export" in "Address Book".
4. Select "Text file (Comma separated values)".
5. Click "Export".
6. Save the file with the name and in the location you wish, and then click on "Next".
7. Select the fields you wish to export (name and e-mail address) and finish by clicking on "Finish" and Accept. 

Entourage

1. Open the Entourage programme
2. Select "Export" in the File menu.
3. Select "Local contacts to a list (tab delimited text)" and click on "Next".
4. Save the file with the name and in the location you want it 
5. Click “Save” and "Finish".

Mac OS X Address Book

1. Open the Mac OS X Address Book.
2. Select the contacts you wish to export.
3. Select “Export vCards..." in the File Menu.
4. Save the file with the name and in the location you wish and click "Save".  

Windows Address Book

1. Open the Windows Address Book.
2. In the "File" menu, select "Export" / "Other address book..." 
3. Select "Text file (comma separated values)" and then click on "Export".
4. Save the file with the name and in the location you want it, and then click on "Next".
5. Select the fields you want to export (name and e-mail address) and finish by clicking on "Finish" and Accept. 

LinkedIn

1. Enter LinkedIn.
2. Go to the address book export page and select "Microsoft Outlook (.CSV file)" 
3. Click on "Export".
4. Save the file with the name and in the location you want it.

Palm Desktop

1. Open Palm Desktop
2. Click on Address
3. Click on File and then click “Export”.
4. In the File name box, write “Contacts”. 
5. In the “Type of export” list, click on “Comma separated values”. 
6. Next to “Range”, click on “All” and then click on “Export”. 
7. In the dialogue box, specify the export fields, and then click Accept twice.  

Palm Desktop (vCard)

1. Open Palm Desktop
2. Click on Address
3. Click on File and then click “Export”.
4. Select the contacts you wish to export.
5. Select "Export vCard..." in the File menu
6. Save the file with the name and in the location you want it and click Save.
